Posth I think this piece is closely related to the module topic because Frédéric Chopin is a composer in the Romantic Era who is a virtuoso pianist. He is a very popular pianist from the 19 th century while this specific piece was written in 1830. This piece is said to have been composed prior to any of his later Waltzes that were published later in his lifetime and was composed before he left Poland for Vienna. It is a solo piece that was not given an opus number. When looking for a piece to write about, I chose this one because Chopin was one of the composers that we discussed in class, and I wanted to deep dive more into his work that he had.
